Trinity Barn, West Lulworth
A three bedroom dwelling designed to reflect a converted barn with contemporary variation.
The plot was created by the severance of the rear garden of a Grade II Listed Cottage,
situated within the historic core of the village, a Conservation Area within an Area of
Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and Heritage Coastline.
Planning was granted in 2009 and the project was developed by our clients, Mr & Mrs Kiff,
to a high specification, which included welsh slate to the roof over Purbeck stone walls
with grey powder coated aluminium windows and doors.
This project exhibits traditional vernacular scale and form, with elements of contemporary
design and materials.
