Worth Matravers, Dorset

This project involved the conversion of the former Worth Cafe & Craft Centre into
three dwellings and a new detached dwelling at the site entrance.

Comprehensive pre-application consultation was sought with the planning
authority and approval was granted in 2007.

The conversion comprised 3no. contemporary two bedroom units. The new detached
dwelling was two bedroom, with first floor open plan living enjoying sea views.

Externally, roofs were finished with reclaimed Purbeck stone tiles, above walls of
natural Purbeck stone with powder coated aluminium windows and sliding doors.
