A former stable, converted by Steve in the 2002.
The original roof had failed some years ago and, prior to the conversion, the building was covered with an unsightly flat roof.
The Stables is located within the Conservation Area of Blandford Forum and opposite ‘The Old House’, a significant Grade I Listed Building.
Planning was granted in 2001. The project was self managed by Steve and completed in 2002.
Accommodation includes an open plan kitchen/dining area, with a living room ‘snug’ leading out to a courtyard garden, with 3 bedrooms at first floor level.
