A significant replacement dwelling project, designed to reflect a traditional farmstead.

Comprising a 4 bedroom farmhouse with a cohesive group of outbuildings surrounding a courtyard, incorporating stabling, workshop, garaging and home office.

The site formally included a detached bungalow and a range of dilapidated farm buildings. Comprehensive pre‐application consultation was sought with the planning authority. Planning permission was granted in 2012.
