A three bedroom dwelling designed to reflect a converted barn with contemporary elements and materials.
The plot was created by the severance of the rear garden of a Grade II Listed Cottage, situated within the historic core of the village, a Conservation Area within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and Heritage Coastline.
Planning was granted in 2009 and the project was built to a high specification, which included welsh slate, Purbeck stone and powder coated aluminium windows and doors.
